I've been unfairly treated and mistreated by a person who calls himself the "store manager". I was about to check out an office chair and the above individual walks in and says that chair is on hold for someone and if he doesn't show up by 5 pm, I can have the chair. A day before, I had requested the same and was told that I couldn't and have to be there to purchase it. When I was trying to explain that to that person, that person didn't let me even talk and started yelling I front of the customers and employees saying "I'm the store manager and this is my store. You can't do nothing about it" etc. I was very surprised with this kind of reaction and never had such experience before. Such an amateur person calls himself the store manager in busy Hackensack staples store. Very disappointing. I do not recommend shopping there. I complained that to staples corporate.
