HACKENSACK, N.J. — A New Jersey man is accused of ramming his SUV several times into a police vehicle that was responding to an emergency, authorities said. Yves Davilmar Jr., 26, of Hackensack, was arrested on Thursday and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, criminal mischief and several motor vehicle summonses, according to NJ.com . According to the Hackensack Police Department, Officer Panagiotis Seretis was responding with lights and sirens to assist another officer at about 10:30 a.
